Founded in 2019, RyKey Properties was the dream of Lee Haremza, with a commitment to becoming the premier owner, operator and renovator of multifamily assets in the Midwest Region. RyKey Properties has acquired and developed over 300 units totaling $63 Million in multi-family and commercial assets.

Rykey Properties owns and manages all our own properties and offers a variety of rental properties in the Midwest. With over 10 years of property management experience and managing over 400 properties the management team is dedicated to providing a well balanced, knowledgeable service.
